Create the campaigns of tomorrow as a Campaign Builder
Fresh off the back of our national campaigns, This Is What a Woman Looks Like and Man Enough, LGBT Foundation is launching an exciting new initiative: Campaign Builders.
Campaign Builders is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of LGBT Foundation’s campaigns. We want to bring together a diverse group of people who can share their lived experiences, perspectives, and ideas to make our marketing campaigns more impactful and inclusive.
As a Campaign Builder, you’ll collaborate with our marketing team and partner organisations to design campaigns that inspire change, celebrate LGBTQ+ lives, and engage wider audiences.
If you can take part in a small focus‑group style session – either online or in person at our base in Manchester – and can spare around two hours per month for the next six months, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do as a Campaign Builder:
Share your ideas and feedback to help shape campaign concepts.
Contribute to messaging that challenges stigma and promotes equality.
Tell your story – and the stories of your communities – through written or video content.
Support positive representation by taking part in video, audio, and photography.
Use your networks to amplify campaign messages and boost engagement.
Join hybrid meetings to collaborate, share progress, and help steer the campaign.

Have unique perspectives – cultural, regional, professional, or personal.
Are creative thinkers who can help design campaigns that reach a public audience.
Are committed to equality and visibility.
You don’t need to be an expert – passion and insight matter most. Whether you’re a student, professional, activist, friend or family member of an LGBTQ+ person, your voice is valuable.
We particularly welcome voices that are underrepresented in mainstream campaigns, including:
Bisexual and pansexual people.

People of colour, especially East Asian and South East Asian communities.
Older LGBTQ+ people.
Disabled LGBTQ+ people.
Allies and non-LGBTQ+ individuals committed to making the world a better place for LGBTQ+ people, including parents, family members and loved ones of LGBTQ+ people.

This opportunity would suit anyone with an interest in or a passion for
