LGBT Foundation COVID-19 update - Women’s Programme
As of Thursday 19th March, LGBT Foundation has temporarily shifted to become a remote service delivery charity due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that all our face-to-face services will be suspended until at least 14th April.
We want to let you know that the Women's Programme is still here, and while we may not be able to be in the same room physically, we can still see and hear each other digitally.
We are starting a series of online weekly sessions with something for everyone: cooking, languages, online games and loads more. All the information can be found here
We're also aware that not everyone is comfortable with technology, so we've created a tutorial session for folks to come online and learn about how we are going to do our stuff online. All questions allowed! More info on this can be found here.
Keep an eye on the website for loads more exciting online events.
In the meantime, please stay safe and well.
LGBT Foundation's Women's Programme aims to support and empower all lesbian and bisexual women* to improve their health and wellbeing, increase their skills, knowledge and confidence, and reducing their feelings of isolation.
*LGBT Foundation’s services for women are inclusive of trans women, non-binary people and gender fluid people who identify as lesbian, bisexual or questioning their sexual orientation. We try to make our services welcoming and accessible to all; if you have any specific access requirements please let us know and we'll try to help.
