LGBTQ+ INCLUSION TRAINING

This model harnesses the lived experience of individuals, best practice guidelines, and community assets to initiate meaningful and sustainable change. 

As part of this approach, we provide a quality assurance and social prescribing programme that strengthens and develops primary care services’ relationships with LGBTQ+ patients. 

This programme includes:

LGBTQ+ inclusion training
An assessment leading to a co-produced action plan
An accredited award recognising a service’s commitment to LGBTQ+ excellence in healthcare
Ongoing support from a dedicated Account Manager

To date, over 900 primary care services across the UK have engaged with the programme with nearly 450 gaining an award.
