Alongside Manchester City Council and Great Places Housing Group, LGBT Foundation is developing the first purpose-built LGBTQ+ majority extra care scheme in the UK: Kindred House. The scheme is being designed through co-production between the three partners and building on the lived experience, knowledge and expertise of a Community Steering Group comprised of members of the older LGBTQ+ community and local residents.
