A collage-style graphic with open mouths and megaphones on paper cut-outs with a paper speech bubble that has the campaign slogan in large capitals: "Refuse to Be Invisible!".

Be Seen. Be Safe. Be Heard. Be Counted.

Many LGBTQ+ people in the UK are feeling increasingly worried or disconnected. Political and cultural hostility, rising harms, under‑representation in public services, and a growing mistrust of institutions have left communities feeling unheard, unsafe, and unprotected — both online and offline.

In this climate, many LGBTQ+ people fear that visibility comes with danger — but remaining invisible erases needs, rights, voices, and data entirely.

By joining the campaign, you’ll be sent a weekly email for 8 weeks with a no-cost action you can take to help LGBTQ+ people unapologetically take up space—from improving health care to boosting our democracy.
