Pride in Practice Champions - Assessment and Accreditation

Individuals and organisations interested in visibly and strategically demonstrating their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion can also invest in up to 3 of their team members becoming accredited Pride in Practice Champions. This involves:

  • Full access to the 10 training programme modules with up to 20 hours’ worth of learning and development
  • 1 hour assessment session
  • Post-assessment support
  • Bronze, Silver or Gold Pride in Practice Champion accreditation

Pride in Practice Champions will be associated with the most nationally significant LGBT quality assurance service in the country. Following accreditation, you’ll be able to:

  • Confidently demonstrate leadership in the field of equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Feel more knowledgeable supporting LGBT family, friends and colleagues
  • Act as ambassadors for the Pride in Practice programme and LGBT Foundation community leaders
  • Consult on equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace with support from our specialist Pride in Practice Account Managers
  • Continue learning and developing through a compendium of online resources
