0-7 Lower risk.
This means in most circumstances you have a low to no risk of causing yourself harm. Keep it up!
8-15 Increasing risk.
Drinking at this level increases the risk of damaging your health and could in the future lead to serious medical conditions. Set yourself a goal to reduce your alcohol intake. Maybe swap every third drink for a soft drink?
16+ Higher Risk.
This level of drinking has a much greater risk of health problems. We'd recommend that you re-assess how much you're drinking. We'd encourage you to get in touch with us with for a chat.
20+ Possible dependence.
At this level of drinking we would consider you to have a potential dependency on alcohol. We'd encourage you to get in touch with us with for a chat.
