Bowel Screening for Trans and Non-Binary Communities: Lunchtime Discussion
19th June 2018, Manchester
Event Full Details:
Greater Manchester Bowel Movement and the Macmillan LGBT and Cancer Programme for Greater Manchester invite you for a light lunch and discussion about bowel screening for trans and non-binary communities.
Before lunch there will be a chance to hear what it's like to use the kits, and why it's so important to take part in the screening programme, and then afterwards we would like to hear your views about barriers to taking part in screening as a trans or non-binary person. There will also be a chance to tell us how local campaigns can speak to you.
As a thank you for giving your time participants will be given a £10 high street voucher. Booking is required as spaces are limited, sign up here.
We want to make sure this workshop is accessible for anyone who wants to attend, so if you have any access or dietary requirements please get in touch with Lawrie (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you need support to come to the venue or if you need help to cover your travel cost, please get in touch as well.
