Returning for its 20th year Sugar & Spice is LGBT Foundation’s annual celebration of LGBTQ+ women.
Our 20th anniversary of Sugar & Spice marks the start of International Women’s Week, and is a cornerstone of LGBT Foundation’s annual calendar of events for queer and LGBTQ+ women.

The following workshops are for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people who wish to access a women centred space. You must be aged 18+ to attend.
To ensure our space is welcoming and inclusive, we require everyone to follow our Safer Spaces Policy.
Drop-in activities
#GiveToGain Activism Station (6-9:30pm)
Give a little of your time to help LGBTQ+ women, and all LGBTQ+ people, gain visibility. Get registered to vote, sign up with your GP, make badges with us and more. Let’s Refuse to Be Invisible!
Tarot Reading with Jackie (6-8pm)
Peek into your past, present or future with free tarot readings!
LGBTQ+ Women’s History Puzzle (6-9:30pm)
Take a break in the SEESAW Café and work on our themed puzzle!
Mini Placard Making (6-9:30pm)
Make a mini placard magnet with your own message of hope, joy, pride or solidarity. All materials provided!

Healthy Relationships with Jordan (TBC)
Learn from our team about healthy relationships and dating, platonic and romantic love, and how to look out for yourself and loved ones.
Exploring Women’s Pleasure with LGBT Foundation’s Sexual Health Team (TBC)
Learn more about sexual wellbeing for women, screening & PrEP!
Self-Defence Workshop with Martial Fit (7pm)
Martial Fit workshops bring together Taekwondo-inspired techniques, functional bodyweight training, and practical self-defence in a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Dance Session with Mindy (9pm)
Celebrate with us with this dance session for all bodies & abilities!
