A welcoming space to connect, share, and feel supported

Join us for an uplifting community meetup created specifically for LGBTQ+ migrants and newcomers in Greater Manchester. In partnership with Yaran Northwest—a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults, new immigrants, and their families—we’re building a space where you can:

  • Meet others with shared experiences
  • Build friendships and community connections
  • Explore resources that support your mental health and wellbeing
  • Feel seen, heard, and valued in an LGBTQ+‑affirming environment

Whether you’re new to the UK, navigating a recent move, or simply looking for a supportive space, this meetup is designed to help you feel grounded and connected.

Who is this for?

This event is open to all self‑identifying LGBTQ+ people, inclusive of every gender identity, trans status, queer expression, and racial or cultural background.

Safety and respect

We’re committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe and supported. Please take a moment to read our Safer Spaces policy before attending.
