Arrive at the LGF in the Gay Village for coffee from 10 for a 10.30 start. Meet other gay men interested in community and personal growth. We will have introductions and welcomes. Meet old and maybe make new friends. There will be workshops throughout the day including:
Circle Dancing with Jon Homer, organiser of the recent Monkton Wyld weekend; it’s simple, fun, relaxing and you don't need a partner.
Keep Calm and Carry On - Coping with Stress with Bernie Draper: a registered Pharmacist, herbalist and therapist offering practical solutions.
Robin Graham’s Laughter Workshop: How comedy and laughter is guaranteed to lift your mood.
Turning Dreams to Reality: fantasy to fact, making the move with Peter Wright: Different perspectives and helpful ideas to support our growth.
A Heart Circle with Dave Tilley: Sharing and honouring our feelings.
We are awaiting final confirmation of other workshops, details to follow in due course
Please, bring something veggie for lunch to share; tea, coffee and herbals will be provided. We will finish by 4.45pm
We have to pay for the venue and to cover basic costs; we are all volunteers, and no one is paid.
If you are average wage £15, above that £20, un/low waged £5. Talk to Dave Tilley if you cannot afford this, we want to be as inclusive as possible. If you can afford more, even a pound more, well, every little helps!
It is an accessible venue: details are on the LGF website and please let us know in advance if you have additional needs to help us make your day as enjoyable as possible.
For more details, or if you have any other queries, contact Dave Tilley on 07984529673 or email@example.com or through the ECC Facebook pages. If you would like to contribute a workshop contact Peter Wright via firstname.lastname@example.org
