- Need someone to talk to?
- Want to cut down or quit?
- Do you want to be more safe?
The Recovery team is here if you need us. As well as one-to-one support that you can self-refer for, we can offer support in the form of groups, and have advice for LGBT women and for friends, family, and concerned others.
If you want to know more about your alcohol and/or drug intake, you can take the 'What's your alcohol score?' Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test and 'What's your drug score?' drug intake test.
You can also find more information about G/GHB/GBL, advice on detoxing, tips for sober sex, and support around chemsex.
LGBT Foundation is part of Manchester Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service and offers support to LGBT individuals affected by drugs, alcohol and chemsex.
