The Pop-In service is available Monday-Friday between 10am and 6pm (last Pop-In at 5:15pm) There’s no need for an appointment, simply pop into the foundation and let us know you want to speak to someone and we’ll do the rest. The service is free, confidential* and sessions last up to 45 minutes.
