December's TransMCR is a time to come together and have a bit of a party! This month we'll be having a bit of fun and food together:
12pm- Doors & Pot Luck Lunch (Community Cafe, Meeting Room, 2nd Floor)
1pm-2pm - Peer-supported voice coaching workshop for trans people, with Matilda Simon (Group Room, 2nd Floor)
2pm-3pm - Workshop 'Tips on how to overcome loneliness over Christmas' (Group Room, 2nd Floor)
2-3pm - Volunteer with the Trans Programme! Come and find out more about the trans programme and the different ways you can get involved, including our new Trans Community Leaders initiative! (Community Cafe, Meeting Room 2nd Floor)
3pm - Christmas Markets - we'll be heading over to Manchester's Christmas Markets as a group. Grab a drink, do some Christmas shopping, have a look at the decorations!
As ever, TransMCR is designed to be a safe and supportive environment for trans people to meet other trans people, to learn about issues concerning them, and to develop new skills. The event is completely free and family, partners and trans allies are welcome!
Plus all the regular services: Community Café (2nd Floor), Quiet Space (3rd Floor), Prayer Room (3rd Floor), Changing Space (3rd Floor), and Clothing FreeShop (3rd Floor).
