Pride in Practice Manager (Policy, Research & Evaluation)
Pride in Practice is a quality assurance service that strengthens and develops a primary healthcare providers’ relationship with their lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) patients within their local community. The post-holder will work as a team of enthusiastic and dedicated account managers, who work with primary care providers in Greater Manchester to ensure delivery of Pride in Practice. This post holder will project manage the service, with a specific focus on policy, research and evaluation of the service. The post-holder will line-manage two Co-ordinators who will focus on the inclusion of trans healthcare needs into Pride in Practice and community involvement in the service.
